Lisa Farbar

Lisa is a former gymnast and has been a personal trainer for 30 years, working in NYC and the Hamptons.
Lisa is also the Strength and Conditioning Coach at East Hampton High School and designs programs for individual athletes and teams.
Her certifications include TRX, Pilates ACSM and ASFA.

James Kennedy

  James Kennedy has been in the fitness industry for close to 8 years. He co-founded B-East Studio in East Hampton, New York.
  Jim was the lead instructor for Exceed Physical Culture in East Hampton, New York.
  He is currently head of development and lead instructor at Truth Training Inc. in East Hampton, New York.
  Jim is one of the most influential trainers in the functional fitness industry, his methods and modalities are being used by trainers and studios throughout
  Long Island and New York City.
  Certifications: TRX, Real Rider, UCanRow2, ASI certified SUP Instructor

Caroline Cashin

  Caroline has been a competitive athlete for over 13 years. She has competed in and won many mountain bike races and off-road duathlons.
  As an endurance athlete Caroline understands the importance of strength training as a critical component of any training program.
  She believes strength will increase an athlete’s performance in all sports.
  Certifications: StrongFirst SFG I, SFG II, TRX, Real Rider, IKFF (kettlebell)

Natalia Poggi

  Natalia was born in Buenos Aires,  Argentina and has been an athlete her whole life.
  Her athletic career led her to a career in the fitness industry.
  Moving to America in 2001 she quickly dove in to dance, step, TRX, kettlebell and other components of the functional fitness movement.  
  Natalia brings 20 years of experience and knowledge to Truth Training’s highly qualified group of instructors.

Harvey O' Brien

  An East Hampton resident involved in physical fitness for over twenty years. He is firm believer in functional fitness and strength training.
  Rowing, TRX, box jumps, jump rope and med balls etc are all integral parts of his training routines.
  However his primary focus is on kettlebell and barbell strength. 
  Harvey believes strength fixes everything and fully agrees with Truth Training’s motto of ‘Never Abandon your Strength’.
  In addition he handles back office operations for Truth Training.
  Strongfirst SFG1, SFG II and SFL certified.
Our signature Truth class is a full body, high intensity workout that incorporates multi-planar strength movements using TRX, kettlebells, and body weight exercises. We add variety by including rowing machines, medicine balls, jump ropes and other TRUTH specialties. Truth classes work on timed intervals and work capacity, so people of all fitness levels can train in a safe, progressive and inspiring environment!
