The New Strength Club Program starts this Sunday at 7:30am.
Strength Club is our kettlebell based strength program. It will run three days every week for 8 weeks. Tuesdays at 7:30am, Fridays at 4:30pm and Sundays at 7:30am. We will be pressing three days a week on this program.
Our first Paddleboarding tour of the season will be this Sunday June 12th at 2:30pm (weather permitting). Keep an eye on this blog or our facebook page to find out where we are launching from and what is needed.
