New Strength Club Starting this Sunday June 12th at 7:30am

The New Strength Club Program starts this Sunday at 7:30am.

Strength Club is our kettlebell based strength program.
It will run three days every week for 8 weeks. Tuesdays at 7:30am, Fridays at 4:30pm and Sundays at 7:30am.
We will be pressing three days a week on this program.

We are very excited to get Strong(er)!
